Hi list,

as promised in one of the previous mails here the status of the CI-Guide:

I started up a (still basic) Styleguide for OpenLibraries it is thought
to set conditions for
the usage of logos and so on by others and especially to stop the bunch
of different styled
documents, websites and what ever.

A prelimary version (V 0.1) can be seen under

http://die-led.de/ol/documentation/CI-guide_0.1.pdf

Thinks to do till a ready document:

    * Better Image quality and SVG Images for the logo (as soon as I got
      them from Karsten)
    * Adding a branding for Videos
    * Uploading and/or Linking media (logos and so on) from within the
      document
    * Recheck the content
    * Adding a subbranding Plan
    * Removing Extended Logo use
    * Spellcheck

I think I will have this Document an styled template and a template for
letters ready till the end of the week.
These templates will be for OpenOffice 3.0.

If they are finished i will send them to Karsten for clearance and after
that I will deploy them to the devs
(I think these templates should not be published to community)

I'm also having a look in getting such Documents rendered automatically
for different media (HTML, PDF, Wiki Markup)
I got a basic system running using Typo3, but I got some Issues there
which may get hard to solve. So i decided to have a
look for alternatives. Currently I have got a look into DocBook (which
could by synced by svn and build by make).
But at my current state it seems to be relatively complicated for
managing big documentations as xml structure.

I will inform you as soon as i have got further information about one of
the points.
