[Developers] [PATCH] CMake build fixes for linux

Hey everyone,

Please find four patches (and one combined patch) attached that allow
OpenLibraries to compile under Ubuntu 8.04. There also is a patch that
disables the use of rpath to comply with Debian policy.

I will commit them if they pass review.
